A few words about my photographic philosophy:

I shoot to record railroading to record common railroading at a point in time.  Most of the shots are in the Kansas City area, the world's second city when it comes to railroading.  Since I am close to the yards, most shots are static.  You will find plenty of shots that are not good enough for publication or what I would consider good.  I figure that 10 years from now, even a bad shot will be worth something more than it is now.  That said, there are plenty of good shots and they will provide a good historic record of what is going through town, and scenes from the odd road trip.
